Rapid Order Processing
We work to ensure your order is processed quickly and accurately. With our large stock of items and direct relationships with medal manufacturers, we usually ship orders within 24 hours, sometimes even the same day!
Orders placed before 9:00AM Eastern will generally be processed the
same day. Orders placed after 9:00AM Eastern will generally process the
following day. We ship five days a week Monday-Friday and often process orders on Saturday as well even though there is no pick-up that day. UPS, FedEx and USPS do not make business pick-ups on Saturdays.
Expedited Shipping
Express shipping is available for most of our products. for second day or overnight deliveries, orders must be placed by 10:00AM Eastern Time.
Special Situations
There are certain circumstances which can cause your order to be delayed in processing or delivery. When this happens our customer service representatives will be in contact with you by phone and/or email to work out the best possible solution to meet your needs.
Stock Issues - Even though we have a deep stock of most items and can make special arrangements to have items shipped directly from the manufacturer, occasionally an item may not be available for immediate shipment. While this is rare, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative item.
Peak Shipping Seasons - Twice a year shipping times can be extended a day or two due to the volume of packages in transit. In particular, for this industry, the Christmas season (late Nov-Dec.) and the First Communion Season (late March-May) are times when it may take a few additional days for you to receive your package
