Return Policy - Catholic Saint Medals

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product as delivered, please notify us within 30 days of shipment and we will promptly replace or refund your order. It is as easy as 1, 2, 3!

1. Let us know there is a problem - We are ready to help.

  • If you need to return an item, call us 866-337-0696 or email us through our online return form. You will need your order number when you contact us.
  • We will fix your order if something was wrong with it or provide you will information on how to return your merchandise for refund. If the problem with your item is related to engraving, please check the exception at the end of this policy
  • Merchandise that is damaged or defective when you received it can be exchanged free of charge by contacting us within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
2. Prepare your Package for Return
  • All returnable merchandise must be sent, freight prepaid at customer's expense, and received by us in its original condition within 30 days of date shipped. Upon receipt, we will issue you a full refund (less all shipping costs). Please include the reason why you do not want the merchandise.
  • We require that returned items be in the same condition as when we sent them out. To insure a full refund, please return the product to us in the same packaging as it was received. Poorly packaged items may cause breakage in delivery to us and are then non-returnable.
  • Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.

3. Your refund or exchange will be issued
  • Once your package is received back at our warehouse, it will be inspected and a refund or exchange will be issued based on the arrangements made at the time of your return request.
  • In general, refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Engraved Items Return Policy Exception:
Engraved items may not be returned except for manufacturer defect or error by the engraver. Please reference your original email confirmation to determine if the engraver made the error or your original instructions were in error. We are NOT responsible for entry errors by customers since we engrave exactly what is entered by the customer at the time of order.
